Haiti - Health : Sophia Martelly alongside the population
Sophia Martelly, the First Lady of Haiti, always sensitive to the needs of the Haitian population is renewing its commitment to always beat his side. In the event of a significant deterioration in the weather conditions, the First Lady established with the help of the Office of Insurance Work Accident, Sickness and Maternity (OFATMA), a mobile clinic, made available by the Mayor of Delmas and of ambulances will be available in case of emergency.
A team of volunteers composed of a neurosurgeon, an orthopedist, general surgeon, an internist, an anesthetist, two gynecologists, six nurses and other citizens are mobilized.
First Lady asks to the Haitian population to remain vigilant, to follow the recommendations of the authorities and continue to use the emergency numbers : 114, 116, 177 et *300.
