Significant damage was also reported to the plantations, in the municipalities of Arcahaie and Leogane. The sinking of a boat was reported in the Northwest, the four occupants were rescued by sailors according to CDGRD West. Following the heavy rains alluvium have invaded several streets and torrents of water on the roadway caused significant congestion, particularly on the road to Tabarre at the level of the American Embassy.
