"The 'Whites' are also responsible for the destruction of Haiti. Haitians are not the only culprits. I repeat: 'White people' are responsible for the chaotic situation in our country. Embassies also have a large share of responsibility in the current state of Haiti... It is therefore up to Haitians to stand up and say with one voice: NO! That is enough ! We're fed up! This has to stop...
