A former parliamentary police officer, assassinated

Monday afternoon, a former Parliamentary Police Officer, Luc Alex Augustin was assassinated at the Bicentenary, not far from the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH).

Seizure of more than 400 kg of marijuana

Together with the judicial police of Port-de-Paix, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) arrested three drug traffickers last weekend and seized more than 400 kilograms of marijuana. One of the traffickers, according to the Government Commissioner for Port-de-Paix, was actively wanted by law enforcement.

Last November 20 in Pétion ville, the Network of Christian Organizations for the Development of Children awarded during a ceremony its annual "Rochepe 2020" Prize to the educator Mrs. Marie Marthe Balin Franck Paul, author of several books school. She is also the Director of Collège Canapé-Vert and teaches mathematics and French.
