"Phantom 509" surprise demonstration

Tuesday, surprise demonstration of the extremist "police" of the "Phantom 509" Group in the streets of the Capital. News about the electrification

Michel Présumé, the Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH), informs Artibonite customers that thanks to the repair work on the Marchand-Dessalines plant, electricity has been restored since November 1st.
