In a correspondence addressed to the Vice-President of the National Assembly, the Deputy Gary Bodeau, the Head of State, specifies that this session, besides the vote of Ratification of the declaration of the General Policy of the appointed Prime Minister, will be devoted with "urgent considerants" to :

• The vote on the Draft Finance Law 2018-2019;

• The vote of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Haiti and the Export and Import Bank of the Republic of China;

• The vote of the Electoral Bill;

• The vote of the Code of Criminal Procedure;

• The vote of the Penal Code;

• The vote on the Agreement on the Reciprocal Promotion of Investments between the Republic of Haiti and Mexico.

The deputies who had to go on holiday this second Monday of May, will have to work until exhaustion of the objects of this convocation.
