Haiti - Politic : Launch of Ministerial Committees for Administrative Reform (CMRA)
As part of the implementation of the reform of the State, established by the Administration Martelly-Lamothe, the Office of Human Resources Management (OMRH) organizes this Thursday at the Hotel Karibe a working meeting to which will participates the Directors General as well as members of CMRA, which, has among other, for objective to launch the implementation of CMRA, a coordination mechanism essential to the reform of the State.
This activity is carried out with funds from the public treasury and with the technical support of the project PARGEP (Support Project for Strengthening Public Management). The effective implementation of CMRA is an example of consistency and efficiency of the interdepartmental action of the Government that will be the guarantee of the success of the reform of the state.
The CMRA, which is a space of exchange, of debate and consultation will be led by the Prime Minister in close liaison with the Directors General. During this working meeting, the OMRH will also have for mission of :
Specify the operating mode of the CMRA and the action strategies ;
Propose a model for the establishment of the Network of Respondents within the ministries and agencies involved ;
Enforce the role of CMRA, intended to operate under the supervision of the Director General whose mandate is to provide or facilitate the implementation of the reform in the ministries and agencies concerned.
