Haiti - Social : The Consul General of Haiti in New York, 3 times rewarded
The Consul General of the Republic of Haiti in New York, Mr. Charles A. Forbin received at the Gala organized by the TV channel "Caribbean Images TV", which celebrated its 17th anniversary of serving the Haitian community in New York, the Leadership Award Martin Luther King. The theme of the Gala made honor Martin Luther King and marked the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States, Barack H. Obama.
This award Martin Luther King, was awarded to the Consul General Forbin for his strong leadership qualities at the head of Consulate General of Haiti. Everyone knows the spirit of initiative and dedication of Mr. Forbin serving our countrymen. Upon taking office, he promised to implement reforms to facilitate consular services to the community.
