Haiti - FLASH : The Government Commissioner Jean Renel Sénatus is replaced

The Ministry of Justice announced that Me Jean Renel Sénatus the Government Commissioner, to the Civil Court of Port-au-Prince, has been replaced by Me Elco Saint-Amant, which will take office today after his swearing.

Me Elco Saint Amant became the 6th Commissioner to hold this position highly unstable...

Let us recall that Me Jean Renel Sénatus, that had been invested in office January 3, 2012 by Me Marie Jocelyne Casimir, Dean of the Civil Court of Port-au-Prince, was involved in almost all cases considered "hot", omnipresent in the news, known for his extreme rigor, his positions and his measures often radical, he was praised by more than one and hated by others.

Before the arrival of Renel Sénatus, have succeeded in this same position, the Commissioners : Harrycidas Auguste, Sonel Jean François, Félix Léger, Lionel Constant Bourgouin.

According to our information, Me Sénatus could be sent in the south of Haiti, possibly in Les Cayes.
