Haiti - Reconstruction : The Consul of Atlanta met investors
Haiti is Open for Business was, once again, the theme developed by the Consul General of Haiti in Atlanta Mr. Gandy Thomas in a breakfast meeting with a group of investors at the Trinity Presbyterian Church this Friday June 8th.
In his presentation, the consul put the accent on the benefits of investing in Haiti comparing to other countries in the Caribbean and the win-win situation for both entities: the Haitian people for creating jobs and the investors for increasing their profit.
Most investors who participated in this meeting have already been to Haiti. Some of them are currently working on several projects among others, in La Gonâve and are planning another trip for those who never been in Haiti by the end of the year.
The Consul Gandy Thomas, invited all of them to participate in the Caravan of Investment, to be held soon in Atlanta.
