A new state-of-the-art fire truck put into service at Cap-Haitien Airport

As part of the Government's vision to strengthen urban governance and modernize public infrastructure, the Haitian State, through the Ministry of Transport, has taken a significant step with the commissioning of a new fire and rescue truck at Hugo Chavez International Airport. This concrete action was spearheaded by Prime Minister Fils-Aimé.

This initiative reflects the authorities' clear commitment to ensuring the safety of citizens while aligning national infrastructure with international standards.

This effort is part of a comprehensive recovery and modernization strategy, driven by proactive governance at both the national and local levels.

The Government wishes to commend the commitment, dynamism and high sense of responsibility of Joseph Almathe Pierre-Louis, Minister of Public Works and Transport, whose leadership enabled the realization of this significant advance for the benefit of the country.
