As part of an investigation by the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) transmitted to the justice, concerning the abusive use for private purposes of heavy machinery belonging to the State, judge Al Duniel Dimanche in a order dated January 16, 2024, for the purposes of executing national and international arrest warrants (INTERPOL) against 37 high-level political figures including former Presidents, former Prime Ministers and Ministers among others, specifies in its order that "all those pinned and indexed [...] will be apprehended from this present [...] in order to be able to establish their responsibilities towards Haitian society, more precisely towards the Haitian State via the National Equipment Center (CNE) [...]"

Judge Dimanche orders that all these people be sought both at the national and international level via the BCN and INTERPOL "We also order that measures be taken by those responsible for the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ), for the purposes of rapid execution of this present Order, for the purposes of the investigation."

Concluding "It should be noted that the above-mentioned are actively sought for Corruption, complicity in corruption and influence peddling linked to the misappropriation of public property as well as acts of usurpation of function linked to the flagrant violation of the Haitian Constitution."
