Haiti - France : PM Henry invited by President Emmanuel Macron
The communication office of the Primature informs that at the invitation of the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, the Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry, will participate in the Summit "For a new global financial pact", on June 22 and 23, 2023, in Paris, France).
The Head of Government, accompanied by Michel Patrick Boivert Minister of Economy and Finance and other high-level collaborators, will take part, alongside some fifty Heads of State, of Government, actors in the development of private sector and those of civil society, at the various meetings of this summit focusing, in particular, on financing for development, the climate and global health.
On the sidelines of this Summit, Prime Minister Henry will have several bilateral meetings with various Heads of State and Government around the general situation in Haiti.
In his absence, the interim will be provided in Haiti by the Minister of Public Health Alex Larsen.
