At least 64 people killed in January

The latest partial report of the Order of Human Rights Defenders on insecurity in Haiti reports 64 people shot dead (including 18 police officers) from January 1 to 31, 2023. Against 52 killed in 2022 for the same period, i.e. an increase of 23%.
