On Sunday, a workshop was held at the Karibe Convention Center with the elected officials of Montana and the various bodies of the August 30 Agreement. Always looking for consensus for an updated and lasting solution to the multifaceted crisis facing our country.

Urgent food assistance for 4.7 million Haitians

Rising prices, socio-politico-economic unrest, violence by armed groups, low agricultural production, scarcity and rising fuel prices are alerting the National Coordination for Food Security (CNSA). The new estimates indicate that about 5 in 10 households are currently food insecure and in need of urgent food assistance in Haiti, or about 4.7 million people for the current period from September 2022 to February 2023.

Montreal : Boxer Jean Pascal arrested

Jean Pascal, the former Quebec boxing world champion of Haitian origin, has been arrested in Montreal by a police patrol for drunk driving after he ran a red light while illegally turning right and be arrogant, aggressive and refuse to blow into the breathalyzer.

School canteens : training series

The General Coordination of the National Program of School Canteens (PNCS) launched the training series on strategic planning and results-based management with an emphasis on staff capacity building. Note that these training sessions will gradually affect all PNCS staff according to their level of involvement in the accomplishment of the tasks.

DGI NOTICE : Payment of taxes and license

2 new directors at the Ministry of Health

Tuesday, November 22, 2022 took place the installation ceremony at the Ministry of Public Health of two central directors. Ernst Augustin, as Director of Administration and Budget. He replaces Jean Germane Exumé in this position. Ketler Guillaume as Director of Human Resources. He replaces Dr. Michaelle Erika Loforest in this position.
