The USA does not negotiate

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki about gang in Haiti demanding $17M for kidnapped missionaries declared : It remains our policy that the U.S. doesn't negotiate with terrorists. The BRH does not pay ransoms

The Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) informs the public that it is not involved in any operation or financial mechanism aimed at paying ransom for hostages.
