The internationally renowned American athlete, Carl Lewis, will conduct an official visit to Haiti from June 13 to 14, 2011, in his quality of Goodwill Ambassador of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization).

The visit in Haiti of Mr. Lewis seeks to follow up the initiative "Fruit Trees for Haiti" launched in March 2010 by the Director General of the FAO, Mr. Jacques Diouf.
