Haiti - Politic : Electrification in the Northeast, names of the 2 pre-qualified private consortia

Following the call for applications of promoters (September 2019) for the concession of the public service for the production, transport and distribution of electrical energy in the North-East grid and as part of the promises of the Presidency to provide electricity 24/7, the General Direction of the National Authority of Regulation of the Energy Sector (ANARSE) revealed in a NOTICE, the name of the 2 pre-qualified private consortia.

ANARSE'S NOTICE :

"The National Authority for the Regulation of the Energy Sector (ANARSE) informs applicants for the call for prequalification of promoters for the concession of the public service of the production, transport and distribution of electrical energy In the North-East grid, after the evaluation of the application files, the firms and/or groups whose names follow were pre-qualified for the services requested :

Sigora Haiti, Leader in consortium with JCM Power Corporation and FMO.

InterEnergy, Consortium leader with CaribEnergy LLC, Wineco and Crowley Petroleum.

ANARSE presents them its compliments and wishes to emphasize that the order of presentation of the two firms on the list is not a classification by order of importance [...]"
