Haiti - Elections : Edmond Mulet recognizes

"I have noticed many changes compared to November 28. The participation is higher", has declared Edmond Mulet, The chief of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (Minustah) while going in a High School converted into electoral center in Petion Ville, a town near the capital Port-au-Prince, which opened with three hours late...
