Haiti - PNH NOTICE : Recruitment of police officers who studied cutting and sewing

Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) informs all members of the police institution, that very soon a sewing workshop will be set up to meet the different needs of the PNH in matter of making uniforms.

"All police offciers [men and women] who have studied cutting and sewing or who have already practiced tailoring or dressmaking and who are interested in this project are invited to register either at the DGPNH Personnel Directorate, either at the Departmental Directorates before February 8, 2018. Police applicants must not be subject to any penalty or disciplinary measure.

The selected police officers will undergo training on haute couture in Colombia before joining this workshop.

The Director of Personnel and the Departmental Directors of the PNH will forward the files to the Office of the Director General on Friday, 16 February at the latest. The Chief Inspector General, the Central and Departmental Directors will make arrangements for the police officers under their command to be informed."
