Haiti - Culture :

At the initiative of the association "Ambulante phrase" (Phrase Ambulante) and with the support of the French Institute of Haiti (IFH) and FOKAL, the scene of the IHF will host Friday, January 28, 2011 at 6:00 pm the show entitled "Night" (Nuit). Through songs and readings, "Night" will show the strength of the expression Night, one of the oldest myths of the literature, in the Haitian culture.

This evening, while invoking the dream, love, death, light and mystery, is dedicated to the victims and missing from the disaster of January 12, 2010. No fewer than 13 persons are gathered for this artistic creation. They are writers, actors, singers and musicians including: Gary Victor, Marvin Victor, James Noel, Kettly Mars, Emmelie Prophète, Yanick Lahens, Evelyne Trouillot, Georges Castera, Pierre Brisson, Elisabeth Pierre-Louis, Wooly St Louis Jean, Tamara Suffren, Renette Désir and Samba Zao.
