Haiti - FLASH : Accidents on the road to the airport and Cabaret
Friday, an accident occurred on the road to the airport near the Bank of Haitian Union (BUH) made one death and one injured. A vehicle brand Isuzu Tropper swiped two pedestrians on the sidewalk, one of the victims died instantly, the other was rushed to a hospital center via the National Ambulance Center (CAD).
The same day, around 7:00 pm while it was raining, a bus fell off a bridge over the river Torcel, at the Northwest exit of Cabaret, according to the Civil Protection Department. The three occupants of the bus were injured, the driver was seriously injured and suffered multiple fractures. A pedestrian dragged by the vehicle in its fall, died on the spot.
