Haiti - Reconstruction : Project «Kanapevè Leve Kanpe», signature of 3 contracts

The project "Kanapevè Leve Kanpe" initiated by the Boards of Directors of the Communal Section (CASEC), of the 6th section of Turgeau in collaboration with Cordaid, is part of the revitalization of the area of ​​Canapé Vert by building sustainable communities and providing residents of Canapé-vert a decent life.

As part of the realization of this project, 3 contracts of community infrastructure works for a total of 548.150 gourdes were signed earlier this week, with three Associations of Villa Rosa (Canapé Vert).

The first contract for an amount of 318.150 gourdes was signed with the Association of Technicians of Villa Rosa for the construction of a channel length of 42 m in the neighborhood D, of Sainte Marie, bordering City Méricain.

The second contract worth 129,000 gourdes was signed with the Community Initiative for the Development and Health in Haiti (ICODESEH) for the rehabilitation of 15 linear meters of the main channel of Balanyen.

The third contract for an amount of 101,000 gourdes was signed with the Association of Haitian Women in Motion (AFEHM) for the construction of a staircase of 45 m in impasse Guercy, located in Villa Rosa.

Note that the Project "Kanapevè Leve Kanpe" s funded by the European Union to the tune of one million euros over three years.
