FRG Takes Over from PNH The Gang Supression Force (GSF) is taking over from the Haitian National Police (PNH) in certain positions in Port-au-Prince, freeing up units to strengthen community protection in Kenscoff. As its deployment expands, the GSF supports Haitian authorities in restoring state authority in gang-affected areas and maintaining a continuous security presence. 2026-2027 Occupational Directory The National Institute for Vocational Training (INFP), through its Certification and Guidance Directorate, is making available the 2026-2027 Occupational Directory, a reference tool that presents jobs classified by sector and qualification level : 5 economic sectors; 25 training centers; 696 vocational training programs and 3,480 skills reference documents are available electronically at INFP. This directory is an essential tool for better understanding the vocational training opportunities in Haiti, facilitating career guidance for young people and adults, and promoting alignment between skills, occupations, and labor market needs. The statement clarifies that this is a case of "disinformation" aimed at disrupting the VIKTWA Group, of which Renmen Ayiti is a member. Northeast : 114 schools achieve 100% pass rate in 9th AF (list) 114 schools in the Northeast department achieved a 100% pass rate (all fully graded candidates passed) in the 9th AF (2025-2026), totaling 2,569 candidates. The ranking is in descending order of the number of candidates; in case of a tie, the school with the highest overall average is ranked first. They will participate in a training session for trainers on the new Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure. Among them are 10 magistrates, including one from the Court of Cassation, 5 lawyers, 2 court clerks, and 3 police commissioners. First Pool of Diplomatic and Consular Administrators The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented certificates to the members of the first pool of diplomatic and consular administrators during a simple ceremony held at the Chancery, in the presence of the directors general and senior officials of the institution. This training marks an important step in the professionalization of Haitian diplomacy and the strengthening of the Ministry's administrative capacity. The Minister invited the recipients to consider their certificate not only as the culmination of their training, but above all as the starting point of a new responsibility, based on competence, rigor, integrity, loyalty, and a sense of public service.
