Judge Voltaire Prosecutes Rameau Normil

Judge Walter Wesser Voltaire has decided to prosecute former Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Rameau Normil, following his refusal to appear before the investigating judge. The magistrate issued a summons against Normil, which was sent to the Leblanc law firm, representing Normil. Accused of arms and ammunition trafficking, the former PNH commander-in-chief had been summoned to appear on February 3rd to answer the judge's questions. Cap-Haitien : Delivery of 2 armored vehicles and deployment of 150 police officers
