USA : $52 million in food aid for four countries, including Haiti

During a press conference, Thomas Pigott, Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, announced an additional $52 million in U.S. food aid to the World Food Program (WFP) to enable the delivery of 12,702 metric tons of food, including yellow split peas, rice, vegetable oil, and Super Cereal Plus, a fortified food for children and pregnant women.

Diaspora : Mobile Consulate

In an effort to foster closer ties with the Haitian diaspora, the Haitian Consulate General's Mobile in Miami made a stop in Naples, Florida, a first in the history of this community. This Mobile Consulate allowed many compatriots to benefit from local consular services, which are often difficult to access. It was also an opportunity for the community to express their grievances and concerns regarding the ongoing challenges related to access to official documents.

Return of soldiers from Martinique

Canada : Embassy of Haiti Closed

The Embassy of Haiti in Canada informs the Haitian community and the general public that its premises will be closed on Monday, August 4, 2025, in observance of the Canadian Civic Holiday (Family Day). Activities will resume on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
