Haiti - FNE : Presentation of the STEMM excellence scholarship program

In a context where the development of intellectual capital is a key lever for national reconstruction, the National Education Fund (FNE) is building a new framework to support academic excellence, designed to meet the country's most fundamental aspirations. The Excellence Scholarship Program in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM) embodies a strategic initiative, aligned with a vision of sustainable transformation and collective interest.

This program aims to methodically redirect public resources toward disciplines of high scientific and technological value, where the nation's needs are most acutely expressed. It is aimed at rigorous minds, driven by a strong sense of civic engagement, and a clear desire to contribute to Haiti's development in its key sectors. Based on the principles of excellence, restitution, the promotion of applied knowledge, and national solidarity, the STEMM program aims to train an intellectual elite capable of tackling the major challenges of our time, whether medical, environmental, digital, energy, or infrastructure-related.

Through this initiative, the FNE confirms its vocation as a spearhead of educational progress and invites public institutions, universities, strategic companies, international donors, and young talents to join this collective recovery drive.
