The partial assessment is heavy, 6 people lost their lives, including 4 at the scene of the accident, and 72 others were injured, including around 20 seriously (crossed sources STOP accident, Departmental Delegation of the South, and Medical Director of the hospital Saint-Michel of Jacmel).

The injured were transported to Saint-Michel hospital in Jacmel. Most of the other injured suffered multiple fractures

Reacting to this tragedy, Prime Minister a.i.
