Haiti - Security : Important changes in the chain of command of the PNH

Friday Léon Charles, the new Commander-in-Chief ai of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32308-haiti-flash-a-new-dg-at-the-head-of-the-pnh.html in consultation with Prime Minister Jouthe Joseph as President of the Superior Council of the National Police (CSPN) made strategic changes at the level of the PNH chain of command

Changes :

The Inspector General, Frantz Jean Francois, is newly appointed to the post of Chief Inspector General replacing Inspector General Hervé JULIEN.

The Divisional Commissioner Marc JUSTIN replaces Inspector General Berson SOLJOUR at the Central Directorate of Administrative Police (DCPA). For his part, the Divisional Commissioner Pierre Louis Alex is transferred to the Central Directorate of Administrative Police as deputy.

Inspector General Jean Marie Wagnac, ex Commander of the Coast Guard Unit, becomes the new Central Director of Administration and General Services of the PNH (DCASG). He replaces Inspector General Jean Yves MUSCADIN who is transferred to the National Police Academy.

The Directorate of General Intelligence (DRG) is entrusted to Inspector General Carl Henry BOUCHER who will also ensure coordination between the Departmental Directorates of the Haitian National Police.

Principal Commissioner (PC) Paul Ménard is promoted to the rank of Divisional Commissioner (CD) and as such becomes the new Departmental Director of the West (DDO).

These strategic changes are being made as part of the revitalization of the high command under the leadership of Commander-in-Chief Léon Charles who is committed to doing everything possible to promote a climate of security in the country.
