Haiti - FLASH : «The time is serious, the Senate has its word to say» dixit Cantave

Saturday Carl Murat Cantave, the Senate Speaker, extended an invitation to all political groups in the Senate for an important meeting.

"[...] I invite all the political groups of the Senate to be represented (2 or 3 representatives) to an important meeting which will take place this Sunday, September 29 at 9:00 am" informed the Senator Cantave in his invitation, specifying "it's an organized meeting with the different political tendencies of the great body to discuss our differences and especially address the political situation "concluding "The time is serious, the Senate has its word to say."

"If President Cantave makes no attempt to reconcile the Senate is that the ship has no captain. Public opinion will see that the Speaker has continued to play his role and has no responsibility for what is happening in the Senate," declared for his part Pierre Adler, Assistant and Head of Communications of the President of the Senate.
