Monday morning, the two young Grenadières Batcheba Louis aka "Cheba" and Kethna Louis landed at Paris Orly airport after a long trip with Air Caraibes from Port-au-Prince, to go to the FC Feminine Football Club Issy les Moulineaux (FF Issy) to sign their license and be qualified to wear the colors of their club for the current season.

Their adaptation should not be a problem since they are familiar with the workings of the club that played in training for FF Issy for three months in early 2018 after having caught the attention of Michael Collat (son of National Coach Marc Collat), Director General of the Issy les Moulinaux Football Club visiting the Académie Camp-Nous https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23160-haiti-football-3-young-haitian-players-on-internship-in-france.html

This new start should be in better conditions this time; indeed while they arrived at the beginning of the year, the Club was in great difficulty in the classification, threatened even relegation while the current season has started well for FF Issy, ranked in the top three of the French D2.

For our girls it's an exhilarating challenge because unlike men's football women's football is professional of name; emoluments can be high... up to the minimum wage with constant charges (rents, food, transportation, other personal needs). The Haitian Football Federation must therefore support them regularly and even accompany their parents in the meantime, who believe that their child has found a place in "paradise" when it is only an opportunity

A departure full of promise for girls who go away from their families, ready to fight for a place in the sun in the firmament of football in France.

Batcheba Louis :

Batcheba Louis aka "Cheba" from Cap-Haitien (North) seduced by his talent Michael Collat. Top scorer at the National Women's Football Championship three times consecutively. Recall that Batcheba had already made a positive test in Metz two years ago and should have left in the club Lorraine, but as for his teammates Kensia Destinvil and Soveline Beaubrun the French club could not recruit for lack of budget.

Kethna Louis :

Kethna Louis from Desdunes (Artibonite) has a different course from the other two players and if she has progressed a lot during the last 3 years at the center, she came in being already in the 1st division team having already played for the Jugglers of St Marc before going to Valentina FC. She is also an atypical player and these are her assets that have earned her the opportunity to be selected by the French club, she is able to play with equal happiness as a player in the field at all posts on the left flank and as a goalkeeper. with a left foot to the devastating power.
