Haiti - FLASH : Polling station open... mess and first shot...

The big day has arrived, 4,712,693 voters are registered according to the figure published on the website of the ONI, however there are several different lists... https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-1746-haiti-elections-the-big-maneuvering-is-ready-for-sunday.html

Haitians must choose their future president (s) among the 18 candidates on the ballot. They must also elect 11 senators and 99 deputies.

Although the opening of polling stations is planned at 6:00am, delays were reported across the country.

6:10am: Les Cayes - In the polling station Dumarsais Estime, the voting booths are not still open.

6:15am: Martissant - The voting center Marie Curie, representatives began to settle

6:20am: Les Cayes - Operations of votes had not yet begun in the polling station Pierre Corneille.

7:00am: The Polling station Lycée de Cité Soleil is not yet opened, people in the queue are frustrated, the presence of heavily armed blue helmets is noted
