Daniel Gérard Rouzier proposals to break the deadlock

Daniel Gérard Rouzier former candidate for Prime Minister in 2011, rejected by parliament https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-3217-haiti-flash-politic-prime-minister-designate-rejected-update-5-14pm.html , in a note, reacts to the crisis, and it gives his proposals to solve it.

He explains that "Some preach wrongly an umpteenth transition that without any democratic legitimacy, will have no alternative that ake the country closer to the grave. For almost ten years, the authorities ask the same acts, make the same mistakes and are still foolish enough to expect different results. The current president of the Electoral Council meanwhile, is mired in explanations nonsensical as the country heading straight toward the abyss."

Proposing for Haiti out the impasse "where put it some poor buggers" what follows :

"1 - Demiss all members of the Provisional Electoral Council

2. Replace them with some of the unsuccessful candidates for the 2015 elections, who know the system and its limits and whose reputation is without suspicion ... Names that come to mind are : Jean-Henry Céant ; Sauveur Pierre-Etienne ; Irvenson Steven Benoit ; Jean Clarens Renois ; Edmonde Supplice Beauzile ; Charles-Henri Baker et Jean William Jeanty...

3. Organize presidential election January 10, 2016 with five leading candidates from the first round [...] elections by a simple majority (in one round), where the winner will have to obtains a number of votes higher than its competitors."

2nd day of demonstrations Famni Lavalas and G8

Saturday at the second day of Fanmi Lavalas protest and of G8 protesters chanted hostile words against the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) of its President Pierre Louis Opont and the power in place, Maryse Narcisse candidate the presidency for Fanmi Lavalas was among the protesters. In Petion-ville to Gabart street, stone-throwing were reported and the police used the water cannon to control the situation and restore order.
